For our office in Concord, North Carolina, we are looking for a proactive, driven and self-motivated Sales Representative for our growing cleaning solutions business in the US market.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in institutional and retail cleaning product markets, as well as large and mid-size FMCG companies
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Travel nationwide to meet with clients, attend trade shows within the country and international ones, and present our product line
  • Understand customer needs and market trends in cleaning and disinfecting solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams based in the US as well as other regions to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment

  • a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • a problem-solver with a knack for identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve results.
  •  fluent in English, fluency in Spanish is a plus
You bring
  • College degree in business administration, marketing, strategy, business development or other relevant subjects
  • 5-10 years of work experience in a commercial role, of which, at least the last two in sales
  • Proven experience in selling products to cleaning companies and their suppliers; experience with retailers and FMCG companies is a big plus
  • Experience with other homecare and personal care products is a plus
  • A proactive "hunter" mindset, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and close deals in a competitive market
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country and internationally upon request
  • Business proficiency in English, fluency in Spanish is a plus
